Codie has had a passion for building since he was child fueled by his father (John) who renovated and built everything around their home. He was entering skills Canada framing competitions at the age of 17 and then went on to completing 3.5 years of architectural technology and a 3 year carpentry apprenticeship program. Working as an assistant site supervisor in commercial construction he soon realized that his passion for quality and sustainable building wasn’t being satisfied. He then started Crawford Construction and Renovations which did extensive renovations, additions, and custom homes for over 8 years. As much as he enjoyed that business he always had a passion for tiny homes. That leads us to "Crawford Compact home where he is excited to combine his vast knowledge and skills of building with very detailed design work to create tiny homes that are built to last!
